Chef Stephen Hanyzewski is a professional chef with a diverse background in fine dining, food science, and menu development. His background is heavily backed by restaurant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science.

My passion for food propels me through each day. One can find me either studying menus, developing concepts, or foraging in the woods of Michigan. I’ve helped open restaurants from Dallas to Dubai, and have worked with some of the most talented chefs throughout the United States in my 15 year career. My menu development skills span through fine dining, BBQ, fast casual, quick service retail, frozen food, breweries, country clubs and more.

Currently, I’m working to help feed clients who want nothing but the best from what Michigan has to offer. I also work with a registered dietitian to help accommodate any special meal/dietary preferences. Fine dining and service that excels is an intense passion of mine. Seeing my clients smile, laugh, and share stories around the dinner table is what fuels me every day.

In addition to being a Private Chef, I also work as a Product Development Chef. Bringing innovation and new experiences to consumers is what I’m all about
